Whether I am drumming, conducting, composing or directing, these are the words that guide my journey to improve. Exploration is the constant search for new sounds, techniques, perspectives and inspirations. In both musical and non-musical spheres, I adopt a learning approach in everything I do to experiment and test boundaries with creativity, innovation and evolving technologies. What lies in the center of all of these is the people whom I work with. I have witnessed the spark in my musicians’ eyes first-hand - their emotions, their passion, their dreams - from the podium on multiple occasions.
